Cutting: Collar blanks are cut out according to the markings. This process requires precision to avoid unnecessary waste of material and to ensure even edges.

3. Edge processing

Rounding and sanding: The edges of the blanks are rounded and sanded so that they are not sharp and do not cause discomfort to the dog. Special tools are used to smooth and polish the edges.

Coating: A protective coating is applied to the processed edges, which prevents the leather from peeling and gives the product an aesthetic appearance.

4. Assembly and sewing

Assembly of parts: At this stage, fittings are attached to the blanks - buckles, rings and decorative elements. Metal parts should be made of stainless steel or brass to prevent corrosion.

Sewing: The blanks are sewn together using strong threads. Double sewing or special stitching technology is used to reinforce the seams, which ensures the durability of the collar.

5. Quality control

Each collar is tested for compliance with quality standards. The strength of the seams, the reliability of the fittings and the absence of defects on the surface of the leather are checked.

6. Final finishing

Polishing: The surface of the collar is polished to give it shine and smoothness. This improves the appearance and increases the wear resistance of the product.

Embossing and engraving: Logos, names or other individual elements are applied to the collar using embossing or laser engraving. This gives the collar uniqueness and personalization.

7. Packaging and marking

Finished collars are packed in individual packaging for protection during transportation and storage. The packaging is marked with information about the size, material and manufacturer.
