The production of cotton yarn is a multi-stage sequential process in which raw cotton fibers are transformed into yarn suitable for use in various end products, such as "Tapes, canvas, belt (cotton) 35 mm / 50 m".
At the first stage, cotton is collected manually or mechanically, followed by separation of the fiber from various debris (the processes of blending and cleaning, carding and combing).
The production of yarn begins with the process of drawing - drawing with a roller. Drawing occurs when the sliver is fed into a system of paired rollers that move at different speeds to straighten the fiber.
Spinning is the spinning process that converts cotton fiber into yarn. The yarn passes through a "traveler" onto a spinning spool. The spindle that holds this spool rotates at high speed, causing the yarn to bulge as it twists.
Winding, winding, twisting, and quilling are the final processes of yarn creation. The fibers are twisted and wound onto small bobbins.
From cotton they make underwear, clothing, decorative, technical fabrics, sewing threads, cords, ropes, ribbons.
On specialized ribbon-weaving machines, by interlacing the threads, they make cotton belt tape (sling) from yarn.
Next, the finished tape that comes out of the ribbon-weaving machine is wound into skeins of a certain length. Our standard is 50 m. Accordingly, the characteristics in the name look something like this: "Tapes, canvas, belt (cotton) 30 mm / 50 m", where the material, width and length of the winding are indicated.
Cotton belt tape is an indispensable element for the production of collars and leashes for animals, hunting and sports equipment, used for packaging and transporting goods, in household needs.
